绵羊消化道线虫驱除效果试验

摘　　要：为探明常用驱虫药物对羊消化道线虫的驱除效果,本研究团队在焉耆县某羊场对32只绵羊进行了伊维菌素注射液和阿苯达唑片的驱虫效果对比试验,结果显示:伊维菌素组虫卵转阴率和虫卵减少率分别为75.0%和81.1%;阿苯达唑组虫分别为60.0%和66.7%;对照组则分别为0和-14.3%。绵羊应用这2种药物驱虫前后的线虫EPG差异极显著(P <0.01),绵羊投药后未发现明显临床异常。虽然两种药物均能较好地驱除绵羊消化道线虫,但根据用药效果、安全性、依从性和经济性等多方面综合分析,现阶段在焉耆盆地驱除绵羊消化道线虫应优先选择伊维菌素注射液。In order to explore the effect of common anthelmintics on nematodes in digestive tract in sheep, the comparative test of deworming effect was carried out towards 32 sheep in a farm in Yanqi Hui Autonomous County by using ivermectin injection and albendazole tablets. The results showed that the egg negative conversion rate and egg reduction rate were 75.0% and 81.1% in ivermectin group, 60.0% and 66.7% in albendazole group, and 0 and-14.3% in control group, respectively. The EPG of nematodes before and after deworming with these two drugs in sheep were extremely significantly different(P<0.01) and no significant clinical abnormality was found in sheep after the drug administration. Based on the comprehensive analysis of their efficacy, safety, treatment compliance and economy, ivermectin injection should be the first choice for the control of digestive tract nematode in sheep in Yanqi Basin at this stage,although both drugs worked well.
