摘　　要：基于主动型方法的公路安全风险排查可以在缺少事故数据的情形下,凭借排查人员的经验对现有公路中存在的安全风险进行识别。为了使一线警队在公路安全风险排查过程中正确认识和运用主动型方法,作者首先描述了公路安全风险排查的概念,且将主动型方法与反应型方法进行了比较。然后,介绍了排查工作的思路与排查方法。再有,详尽阐述排查前准备工作、排查过程中的若干重要问题。最后,扼要阐明了排查的频次与人员资质问题。By means of experience of inspection personnel, inspections for safety risks of general highways based on proactive approaches can be used to identify safety risks on existing highways in the absence of accident data. In order to make basic units to understand and use correctly the proactive approach, the author describes conceptions of inspections for safety risks of highways firstly, and compares proactive approaches with reactive approaches. Secondly, thoughts and methods of inspections for safety risks of highways are introduced. Thirdly, various preparation activities before inspections and several key issues in the process of inspections are elaborated. Finally, the frequency and personnel qualification of inspections for safety risks of highways is sketched.
