南水北调中线段开挖更换管道工艺模型试验研究

摘　　要：文中考虑为南水北调北京段检修提供技术保障,建设试验平台开展1:1原型试验,以探索4m直径PC CP管节开挖更换技术的施工工艺,为国内首次采用4m直径PCCP的相关模型试验。试验中通过模拟演练应急抢修方案、施工组织,进行有关工艺、工序的现场测试,提出快速合理的抢修工期,总结工程施工经验、提出优化建议,提前攻克4m直径PCCP管道应急抢修过程中可能遇到的技术难题。In this paper,it is considered to provide technical support for the maintenance of the Beijing section of the south-tonorth water diversion project.A 1:1 prototype test is carried out on the construction of the test platform to explore the construction process of the excavation and replacement technology of the 4m diameter PCCP pipe section,which is the first relevant model test of 4m diameter PCCP in China.In the test,through the simulation and practice of emergency repair plan and construction organization,the site test of relevant technologies and procedures was conducted,the rapid and reasonable repair period was proposed,the construction experience was summarized and optimization Suggestions were put forward,and the technical difficulties that may be encountered in the emergency repair process of 4m diameter PCCP pipeline were overcome in advance.
