摘 要:针对塔河油田酸化油乳化程度高,常规方法无法实现深度脱水的问题,通过高频脉冲电脱水单因素实验,考察脱水电压、频率、脉宽比和温度4个因素对脱水性能的影响。实验结果表明,高频脉冲电脱水的最佳参数为电压1 300 V、频率16 kHz、脉宽比70%。现场试验表明,高频脉冲电脱水装置在设计处理量以内运行时,能有效地将酸化油、老化油含水率降低至1%以下,经济效益显著。Aiming at the problem that the acid oil in Tahe Oilfield has a high degree of emulsification and the conventional method cannot achieve deep dehydration, the influence of dehydration voltage,frequency, pulse width ratio and temperature on dehydration performance is investigated through the single factor experiment of high-frequency pulse electric dehydration. The experimental results indicate that the best parameters of high frequency pulse electric dehydration are voltage 1300 V, frequency 16 kHz,and pulse width ratio 70%. The field test shows that the high frequency pulse electric dehydration technology can effectively reduce the water content of acid oil to less than 1%, and the economic benefits are significant.
