摘　　要：竞技能力结构研究一直是训练学理论研究的热点和难点。近年来,学者们运用不同的研究方法探索竞技能力结构特征及其运行机制,取得一定的理论成果,但是在实践中还存在众多难以梳理的问题和解释困惑。基于历史与逻辑方法,运用系统理论,从整体性、要素与层次、研究方法、涌现机制四个方面,梳理了竞技能力理论研究视角的演变过程;从结构模型实践中运用失真、解释性研究动力不足、系统环境对竞技能力结构的塑造力研究不足、结构涌现机制缺少科学论述四个方面,讨论了竞技能力结构理论在实践运用中的困惑;希冀从方法创新研究、实践研究、生理学基础理论研究三个方面突破竞技能力结构研究的瓶颈。Based on the history and logic method and system theory,the paper analyzed the evolution process of competitive ability theory research from four aspects:the integrity,elements and level,research methods,and the emergence mechanism.It discussed the puzzlement of competitive ability structure theory in practice from four aspects:competitive ability structure distortion in practice,lack of interpretative research,lack of scientific explanation on the emergence mechanism of competitive ability structure,and insufficient research of the environment affecting competitive ability structure.It aims to break the research bottleneck of competitive ability structure from methods innovation,practice,and physiology theory.
