摘  要:为研究大麦重要功能基因并给大麦遗传育种提供新的种质资源,通过甲基磺酰乙酯(EMS)诱变处理优质、高抗黄花叶病大麦品种苏啤6号,从2400个M2代株系中筛选出152个突变株系,突变频率为6.33%。其中,幼苗习性突变株系36个,突变率为1.50%;叶部突变株系34个,突变率为1.42%;茎部突变株系33个,突变体率为1.38%;穗部突变株系22个,突变率为0.92%;成熟期和育性突变株系27个,突变率为1.13%。经过M3代验证,获得可稳定遗传的各类突变株系43个。In order to provide basic materials for studying the functional genomics and genetic breeding of barley,Supi 6 with a high quality and resistance to yellow mosaic disease was treated with the chemical mutagen ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS).A total of 152 mutants with significantly visible phenotypes were screened out from the 2400 M2 generation,with a mutation frequency of 6.33%.Of them,36 lines varied in seedling habits,with a mutation frequency of 1.50%;34 lines varied in leaf,with a mutation frequency of 1.42%;33 lines varied in stalk,with a mutation frequency of 1.38%;22 lines varied in spike,with a mutation frequency of 0.92%;27 lines varied in maturation stage and fertility,with a mutation frequency of 1.13%.In total,43 stably inherited lines were obtained by further agronomic trait investigation in M3 generation.
