摘 要:基于RTCA/DO-160G试验要求设计并研制的感应尖峰信号发生器,通过带电齿轮的齿顶与带电触片通断产生电火花,再经过电感线圈形成尖峰信号,产生的尖峰幅值稳定,重复频率更加可控。介绍了感应尖峰信号发生器的设计方案,给出了性能实测参数及波形。参数对比表明,感应尖峰信号发生器操作简便、成本低廉,综合性能优于国内外采用继电器方案的同类产品。Based on RTCA/DO-160G test requirements,the induction spike generator is designed and developed.The electric spark is generated by the on-off break between the tooth tip of the live gear and the live contact,and the peak signal is formed after passing through the inductance coil.The resulting peak amplitude is stable and the repetition frequency is more controllable.The design scheme of induction spike generator is introduced.The comparison of parameters shows that the induction spike generator is simple to operate,low in cost and superior in comprehensive performance to similar products using relay scheme at home and abroad.
