摘　　要：钢水在中间包中热量损失有三种形式:中间包上部表面散热、包内衬蓄热、通过内衬向包外壳传导散热。通过开发长寿命半轻质莫来石浇注料,获得一套安全稳定、长寿、节能和保温的中间包内衬耐火材料配置,减少钢水在中间包浇铸过程中的温降和温度波动,提高了钢坯质量。There are three forms of heat loss of molten steel in tundish,they are heat dissipation from upper surface of tundish,heat storage of tundish lining and heat conduction through lining to tundish shell.This paper develops long-life semi-light mullite castables by optimizing tundish lining material and structure,and acquires a set of technologies of safety,stability,long service life,energy saving and heat preservation,which can reduce the temperature drop and temperature fluctuation of molten steel during tundish casting and improve the quality of billet.
