痰热清联合枸地氯雷他定、糠酸莫米松治疗过敏性皮炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液联合枸地氯雷他定胶囊、糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗过敏性皮炎的临床疗效。方法筛选2019年1月1日~9月30日期间收治的过敏性皮炎患者共80例,随机分为对照组和试验组各40例,对照组给予枸地氯雷他定胶囊口服与糠酸莫米松乳膏外擦治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予痰热清注射液外洗治疗。连用2周后观察两组的临床疗效。结果试验组的总有效率为92.5%,高于对照组的总有效率72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组的痊愈率为82.5%,高于对照组的痊愈率60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合枸地氯雷他定胶囊、糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗过敏性皮炎的临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules and Momeiasone Furoate Cream in the treatment of allergic dermatitis. Methods To selected 80 patients who was diagnosed with allergic dermatitis from 2019.1 to 2019.9 in our hospital, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. Then control group was treated with oral administration of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules and Momeiasone Furoate Cream coating, treatment group was treated with TanReQing injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed after 2 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%, higher than the control group(72.5%), and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The recovery rate of the experimental group was 82.5%, higher than that of the control group(60.0%), and the difference between the two was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion It have a significant effect of Tanreqing injection combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Capsules and Momeiasone Furoate Cream on allergic dermatitis,and it can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
