宫颈缝合术联合缩宫素在顺产产后出血的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈缝合术联合缩宫素在顺产产后出血的临床应用效果。方法选取2015年9月~2019年8月期间经阴道分娩且出现产后出血(PPH)的产妇100例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表,将PPH产妇分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组患者给予宫颈缝合术联合缩宫素治疗。对比两组患者止血效果、术中出血量、术后24 h出血量、平均住院天数及不良反应。结果观察组产妇止血有效率高于对照组,观察组产妇术中出血量、术后24 h出血量均低于对照组,观察组产妇平均住院天数少于对照组,观察组产妇不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论宫颈缝合术联合缩宫素治疗顺产PPH的止血效果较好,可减少产妇术中术后出血量,且具有较好的安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical application of cervical suture combined with oxytocin in postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 100 puerperae who underwent vaginal delivery and postpartum hemorrhage(PPH) in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2019 were selected as subjects. According to the random number table, PPH puerperae were divided into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oxytocin. The patients in the observation group were treated with cervical suture combined with oxytocin. The hemostasis effect, intraoperative blood loss, 24 h postoperative blood loss average hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the amount of bleeding at 24 h after operation were lower in the observation group than in the control group, the average hospital stay in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Cervical suture combined with oxytocin has better hemostasis effect in the treatment of PPH, which can reduce the amount of postoperative and postoperative bleeding, and has better safety.
