摘  要:为了更详细了解大采高工作面分区尘源粉尘运移分布规律,以补连塔煤矿12511综采工作面为研究对象,利用流体力学CFD软件对8 m大采高综采工作面粉尘运移分布规律进行数值模拟研究。结果表明:由垮落煤层产生的粉尘在风流的作用下向采煤机后方扩散,高浓度粉尘团运动最高点可达5 m,且沿程粉尘质量浓度逐渐降低。高浓度粉尘团主要集中在采煤机前后10 m范围及底板靠挡煤板一侧,最高粉尘质量浓度可达3500 mg/m^3。为了有效降低工作面粉尘质量浓度,防止污染井下工作环境,提出在大采高工作面安装机载除尘器的方法来控制尘源处粉尘向人行侧扩散,达到净化作业场所的目的。通过研究除尘器吸尘口位置、处理风量对工作面粉尘运移分布规律及降尘效果的影响,得出大采高工作面最优降尘效率的吸尘口位置及处理风量适配组合,最大降尘效率可达到99.9%。In order to have a detailed understanding of the dust movement and distribution law of regional dust sources in fully mechanized working face with large mining height,taking 12511 fully mechanized working face of Bulianta Coal Mine as the research object,by using fluid dynamics CFD software,numerical simulation of dust movement and distribution in fully mechanized working face with large mining height of 8 m was carried out.The results show that the dust generated by caving coal seam diffuses to the rear of the shearer under the action of wind current,the highest point of high concentration dust mass movement is up to 5 m,and the dust concentration decreases gradually along the roadway.High concentration dust clusters are mainly concentrated in the front and rear of the shearer for 10 m and on the side of the coal block plate of the floor,with the highest dust mass concentration up to 3500 mg/m^3.In order to effectively reduce the dust concentration in the working face and prevent the pollution of underground working environment,it is proposed to install airborne dust collector in fully mechanized working face of large mining height to control the dust source to disperse to the pedestrian side,to achieve the purpose of purifying the workplace.By studying the influence of the location of the dust collector’s suction outlet and the air volume treatment on the dust movement and distribution law and dust removal effect in the working face,the fitting combination of suction port position and air volume with the optimal dust removal efficiency are obtained,and the maximum dust removal efficiency can reach 99.9%.
