摘 要:为了解决超大直径钻孔治理上隅角瓦斯技术在实施过程中工艺不明确、操作程序不规范的问题,采用理论研究与现场试验相结合的研究方法,对超大直径钻孔治理上隅角瓦斯工艺进行研究,得到以钻机转速、进钻速度、运输系统工效为主的钻机操作施工参数,制订了钻孔间距确定、钻孔选址、钻孔施工、护管施工、封孔、连接抽放系统等6步超大直径钻孔施工工艺。现场验证结果表明,该工艺能够适用于井下操作,钻孔终孔高度从平均1.6 m提高到3.0 m,钻孔从开孔到全孔敷设完护管平均耗时由7.6个班次降到4.7个班次,施工效率提高了61%。In order to solve the problem that the process was unclear and the operation procedures were not standardized by using the technology of extra-large diameter borehole to control upper corner gas in practical application,with the method of combining theoretical research and field test,the technology of controlling upper corner gas by extra-large diameter borehole was studied.Operation and construction parameters of drilling rig which mainly based on drilling rig rotation rate,drilling speed and the efficiency of the transportation system were obtained.The construction technology of extra-large diameter drilling borehole technology was set up,including the six steps of the determination of bore spacing,the location of borehole,the construction of borehole,the construction of protective pipe,borehole sealing and the connection of pumping system.Field experiment results show that the technology can be applied to the underground coal mine operation,and the final height of the borehole is increased from 1.6 m to 3.0 m on average.The average time consumed by drilling from opening to whole hole laying down protection pipe is reduced from 7.6 shifts to 4.7 shifts and the construction efficiency is increased by 61%.
