摘 要:目的:对公立医院实用型护理人才队伍建设的成效和存在问题进行分析,提出相应对策,调动护理人才积极性。方法:以扬州市某三甲综合医院为例,根据调查结果对护理人才培养现状、取得成效、存在问题进行分析。结果:实用型护理人才总量不足、结构欠合理、质量有待提高。结论:提出目标激励与自我激励相结合、能级对应与标杆激励相结合、环境激励与物质激励相结合、信息化激励与网络平台相结合、职称流动化与危机激励相结合、领导行为激励与心智激励相结合的激励模式,提升实用型护理人才能力及积极性。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness and existing problems of the construction of practical nursing personnel in public hospitals,and put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the analysis results,so as to improve the capacity and enthusiasm of nursing personnel.Methods:Taking a certain Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Yangzhou city as an example,the current situation,achievements and problems of nursing personnel training are analyzed according to the investigation results.Results:The quantity of practical nursing personnel is insufficient,the structure is unreasonable,the quality is not high.Conclusion:Put forward a incentive mode that combines target incentive and self-motivation,ability level with benchmark incentive,environment incentive with material incentive,informatization incentive with network platform,the title mobility with crisis incentive,leadership behavior incentive with mental incentive,to improve the capacity and enthusiasm of practical nursing personnel.
