摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在缩短外科手术接台时间中的应用。方法:开展品管圈活动,运用质量管理工具,对外科手术接台延时原因进行分析和改进。结果:实施品管圈活动后外科手术接台时间由71 min下降至42 min。结论:开展品管圈活动可以缩短接台时间,优化接台流程,提高科室人员的团队精神。Objective:To explore the application of the quality control circle in shortening the time management of surgical operation.Methods:Quality control circle was established and the common tools of quality control were applied according to activity procedures.In addition,the reason to the operation delay of surgery was improved.Results:The time of the actual operation of the field operation was reduced to 42 minutes from71 minutes.Conclusion:It can shorten the reception time,optimize the reception process,and improve the team spirit of the department staff.
