品管圈在提高PIVAS抗菌药物不合理医嘱更正率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:运用品管圈的手法,通过PDCA循环对本院静脉药物集中配置中心(PIVAS)的抗菌药物不合理医嘱进行管控,提高其更正率。方法:统计出2018年9月至2018年12月间PIVAS抗菌药物的不合理医嘱及更正的医嘱数,对未进行修正的不合理用药汇总分析,采取措施进行改善,并将改善前和改善后的结果进行比较。结果:PIVAS抗菌药物的不合理医嘱更正率由41%提升到了65.4%。结论:本次活动提升了科室针对不合理医嘱的处理效果,保证了患者的安全用药,增强了圈员的综合能力。Objective:Using the quality control circle method,the PDCA cycle is used to control the unreasonable antibacterial drugs of the PIVAS in our hospital and improve the correction rate.Methods:Count the number of unreasonable doctor’s orders and corrected doctor’s orders for PIVAS antibacterial drugs from September 2018 to December 2018,and perform summary analysis to the uncorrected inappropriate use of drugs.Take measures to improve and compare the results before and after the improvement.Results:The correction rate of PIVAS antibacterial drugs was increased from 41%to 65.4%.Conclusion:This activity improved the effect of the undergraduate department’s handling of unreasonable doctor’s orders,ensured the patient’s safe use of drugs,fully stimulated the potential of the circle members,and enhanced the comprehensive ability of circle members.
