摘 要:中低速磁浮列车以其绿色环保、安静舒适、爬坡能力强、转弯半径小、建造成本低的优势,在城市轨道交通的应用上体现出较强的环境适应性和较好的社会经济性。相比传统轮轨接触式列车利用轮对分散接地的方式,磁浮列车采用双端第三轨集中接地模式。实际上,磁浮车辆不仅需要从第三轨获取主电气设备的工作电流,还需要将车体感生电动势导入第三轨。此种特殊的接地设计,会使列车在牵引启动过程中闸片与F轨制动面之间产生火花,从而形成灼痕。为此,有必要针对磁浮列车液压夹钳单元绝缘方案进行深入研究,提出应对措施,优化设计,为磁浮车辆推广应用奠定基础。The medium and low speed maglev train,with its advantages of environmental protection,quiet and comfortable,strong climbing ability,small radius negotiating and low construction cost,has strong environmental adaptability and better social cost effectiveness in the application of urban rail transit.Compared with the traditional wheel rail contact train,the maglev train adopts the mode of double ended third rail centralized grounding.In fact,the maglev vehicle not only needs to obtain the working current of the main electrical equipment from the third rail,but also needs to import the induced electromotive force of the vehicle body into the third rail.This special grounding design causes sparks between the brake pad and the F-rail braking surface during the traction start-up of the train,thus forming burn marks.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the insulation scheme of the hydraulic clamp unit of the maglev train,and it puts forward countermeasures,optimizes the design,and lays the foundation for the promotion and application of the maglev vehicle.
