摘 要:针对传统方法测定电解质回收率较低的问题,提出基于仪器分析法的人工肾透析液各电解质含量测定研究。首先在测定之前根据医疗处方要求将人工肾透析液进行稀释处理,然后运用检测仪器分别测定出人工肾透析液中钠、钾、氯、镁、钙离子浓度,然后运用数学公式计算出人工肾透析液中氯化钾、氯化钠、氯化钙、氯化镁电解质含量。经实验证明应用该方法测定后的电解质具有较高的回收率、重现性。Aiming at the problem of low electrolyte recovery in traditional methods,a research on the determination of electrolytes in artificial kidney dialysate based on instrumental analysis was proposed.First,dilute the artificial kidney dialysate according to the medical prescription requirements before measuring,and then use the detection instrument to measure the concentrations of sodium,potassium,chlorine,magnesium,and calcium in the artificial kidney dialysate,and then use the mathematical formula to calculate the artificial kidney dialysis.Electrolyte content of potassium chloride,sodium chloride,calcium chloride and magnesium chloride in the liquid.The experiment proves that the electrolyte obtained by this method has a higher recovery rate、reproducibility.
