摘 要:目的:探讨血管紧张素转换酶2在高盐诱导肾脏纤维化中的作用。方法:抽选本院100例患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,对对照组采用注射血管紧张素抑制剂治疗,观察组采用注射血管紧张素转换酶2治疗,比较两组患者治疗期间肾脏纤维化指标的变化情况。结果:观察组各肾脏纤维细胞SAM、TGF、Smad5、Smad7蛋白表达均明显比对照组少。结论:血管紧张素转换酶2对高盐诱导肾脏具有抗纤维化作用。Objective:To investigate the role of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 in renal fibrosis induced by high salt.Methods:A total of 100 patients were randomly selected from the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with angiotensin inhibitor injection.The observation group was treated with angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 injection.The renal fibers of the two groups were compared during treatment Changes in the indicators.Results:The expressions of SAM,TGF,Smad5,and Smad7 in each renal fibroblast in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.CONCLUSION:Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 has anti-fibrotic effect on kidneys induced by high salt.
