摘  要:本文成功的制备了一种Cd掺杂ZnO (Cd/ZnO)的复合材料,研究了不同掺杂浓度的Cd对ZnO结构的影响,发现Cd的引入会增大ZnO颗粒尺寸,可有效降低ZnO的禁带宽度.同时,将Cd/ZnO用于制备湿敏传感器.实验结果表明,当样品中Cd2+与Zn2+的摩尔比为0.01时,Cd/ZnO传感器表现出较好的湿敏传感性能.在相对湿度为11~95%范围内,Cd/ZnO湿敏传感器的响应为1120,最大滞后误差为3%,响应与恢复时间分别为36 s和5 s,并且具有较好的重复性.因此,Cd/ZnO湿敏传感器具备发展为一种高性能湿度传感器的潜能,也为新型湿度传感器的制备提供了一种新的思路.In this paper,Cd-doped ZnO(Cd/ZnO) composite was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method.The effect of different doping concentrations on the structure of ZnO was studied.It was found that the introduction of Cd would increase the size of ZnO particles and effectively reduce the band gap of ZnO.The experimental results show that the Cd/ZnO-1 sensor exhibits good humidity-sensing performance when the molar ratio of Cd2+ to Zn2+is 0.01.In the range of 11~95% relative humidity,the response of the Cd/ZnO-1 humidity sensor is 1120,the maximum hysteresis error is 3%,the response and recovery time are 36 s and 5 s,and it has good repeatability.Therefore,the Cd/ZnO-1 humidity sensor has a potential to develop a high-performance humidity sensor,and it also provides a new idea for the preparation of new humidity sensors.
