摘　　要：新冠疫情期间,学术期刊办刊遇到一些问题。期刊管理部门应出台或完善相关应急政策,牵头推进赋予纸质刊与网络刊同等效力的工作。期刊编辑部应科学处理延期出刊等问题;以抗击疫情、全面认识社会经济运行方式的变化为契机,做出有影响力、助推问题解决的选题策划;利用专业资源、专业知识、专业媒介、专业人才等向大众科普与疫情有关的知识,澄清是非,击退谣言;与数字出版平台有效对接,缩短内容上网时间,促成论文成果及时传播。COVID-19 pneumonia epidemic has extensive impact on many industries in China.In view of the problems encountered by academic journals during the epidemic,the journal management department should formulate or improve relevant emergency policies and take the lead in promoting the work of giving paper journals and online journals the same effectiveness.Based on the ideas of solving these problems and seizing the relevant opportunities,this article discusses several strategies for the journal to run including specific measures to deal with problems such as delayed publication;taking the opportunity of fighting the epidemic and comprehensively understanding the changes in the socio-economic operation mode to make influential and problem-solving topic planning;publishers must use professional resources,professional knowledge,professional media,and professional talents to popularize popular knowledge about the epidemic,clarify right and wrong,and repel rumors;reducing the time of online content from the two aspects of the editorial department and digital publishing platform to promote the dissemination of the results of the paper as soon as possible.
