摘  要:以聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA-1000)、甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,制备出双键封端的聚氨酯预聚物(DTPUP)。将混炼型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)、DTPUP和橡胶助剂共混,制备出新型可降解聚氨酯橡胶密封材料,研究了DTPUP用量对可降解复合材料力学性能、降解行为及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,DTPUP的用量对材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度影响不大,由DTPUP硫化交联构建的网络结构,提高了材料在高温下的力学性能保持率;随着DTPUP用量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度随着浸泡时间的延长表现出较低的降解速率,当DTPUP用量为50份时,浸泡168 h后材料表现出最佳的可降解效果,力学性能保持率最高;随着DTPUP用量的增加,材料的热稳定性得到了改善。In this study,the double bond terminated polyurethane prepolymer(DTPUP)was prepared by poly(butylene adipate)(PBA-1000),toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)and hydroxyethyl methyl acrylate(HEMA)as raw materials.A novel degradable PU rubber sealing material was prepared by blending millable polyurethane rubber(MPU)with DTPUP and rubber additives.The effects of the content of DTPUP on the mechanical properties,degradation behavior and thermal stability of the composites were investigated.The results showed that the content of DTPUP had little effect on the tensile strength and tear strength of the composites.The network structure of MPU and DTPUP vulcanization cross-linking improved the mechanical property retention rate of the composites at high temperature.With the increase of the DTPUP mcontent,the tensile strength of the composites showed a lower degradation rate with the extension of the immersion time.When the DTPUP content was 50 phr,the composites showed the best degradable effect after immersion for 168 hours,and the retention of mechanical properties was the highest.With the increase of DTPUP in content,the thermal stability of the composites was improved.
