摘  要:采用4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)及扩链剂3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA),通过两步法合成医用聚氨酯弹性体,并表征了其化学结构,对力学性能、热稳定性、耐介质性和细胞毒性进行了分析测试。结果表明,医用聚氨酯弹性体的邵尔A硬度为51,拉伸强度为10.72 MPa,符合介入材料的力学要求;热分解初始温度大于300℃,能达到植入及植入前热处理的耐热需求;在类人体液及环氧乙烷环境下,力学性能几乎无变化,细胞毒性测试为0~1级,满足医用材料要求。With 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI),polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol(PTMG) and chain extender 3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(MOCA) as raw materials,the biomedical polyurethane elastomer was synthesized by a two-step method.Its chemical structure was characterized,and the hardness and tensile strength were tested,and the thermal stability was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis,and the medium resistance and cytotoxicity analysis were performed.The results show that:the Shore A hardness of medical polyurethane elastomer is 51 and the tensile strength is 10.72 MPa,which can meet the mechanical requirements of interventional materials.The initial temperature of thermal decomposition is more than 300 ℃,which can attain the heat resistance requirements of implantation and pre-implantation heat treatment.Under the environment of human-like fluid and ethylene oxide,the mechanical properties have almost no change,and the cytotoxicity test is 0~1 grade,which fully meets the requirements of medical materials.
