摘 要:利用聚乙烯模试装置,通过对管材催化剂Avant Z501的系统评价研究,考察了Avant Z501催化剂的聚合反应动力学、氢调性能、共聚性能以及聚合物粉料的外观形态、粒径分布等,为吉林石化公司30万t/a高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置的稳定运行以及管材催化剂替代做好技术积累。结果表明,采用Avant Z501催化体系进行聚合时,聚合稳定,易于控制。该催化剂氢调性能很好,共聚单体无论是1-丁烯还是1-己烯,Avant Z501催化剂都具有良好的共聚性能。采用Avant Z501催化剂得到的聚乙烯粉料外观形态好,细粉含量也较少。In this paper,the polymerization kinetics,hydrogen regulation performance,copolymerization performance of Z501 catalyst,and the appearance and particle size distribution of polymer were investigated by means of polyethylene bench test device and systematic evaluation and research on Z501 catalyst for pipe material,which can provide technology accumulation for stable operation of 300 kt/a HDPE plant and replacement of pipe material catalyst in Jilin Petrochemical Company.The results showed that the polymerization was stable and easy to control.No matter which comonomer was selected from 1-butene or 1-hexene,Z501 catalyst had good copolymerization performance.And the polyethylene powder had good appearance and less subdivision content.
