摘　　要：传统溶剂型涂料在制造、施工和成膜过程中有大量的有机溶剂挥发进入大气中,对环境造成极大污染。高固体分涂料既节约了资源,又降低了污染,还能减少施工次数,提升涂装效率。重点介绍了高固体分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料、高固体分哑光醇酸家具涂料、高固体分聚氨酯航空涂料、重卡轮毂用高固体份快干聚氨酯涂料、低挥发性有机化合物(VOC)双固化高固体分丙烯酸改性醇酸涂料、快干型高固体分环氧防腐底漆、高固含量水性丙烯酸氨基烤漆、高固体分含氟羟基丙烯酸酯树脂、阳离子型高固体分水性聚氨酯封闭底漆、高固体分星形羟基丙烯酸酯树脂等新型高固体分涂料的最新研究进展。A large number of organic solvents volatilized into the atmosphere in the process of manufacturing,construction and film-forming of traditional solvent based coatings,which caused great environmental pollution.High solid separation coating not only can save resource and reduce pollution,but also can reduce construction times and improve coating efficiency.This paper mainly introduces the latest research progress of several new high solid separation coatings,such as high solid acrylic-polyurethane coating,high solid matte alkyd furniture coating,high solid polyurethane aviation coating,high solid fast dry polyurethane coating for heavy truck hub,low VOC double curing high solid acrylic modified alkyd coating,fast dry high solid epoxy anti-corrosion primer,high solid water-based acrylic amino baking paint,high solid fluorine hydroxyl acrylate resin,cationic high solid separation waterborne polyurethane sealing primer,and high solid separation star hydroxyl acrylate resin.
