摘　　要：随着社会经济的快速发展,人们的日常生活水平得到了显著提高,各种聚餐、聚会都会出现大量饮酒的情况,随之而来的就是因为喝酒导致的意外事故,这也给越来越多的家庭带来了伤害和痛苦,给社会的稳定带来极大的负面影响。因此,研究解酒类的功能保健食品具有非常重要的现实意义,可以减少酒精对人体的伤害。本文主要探讨了解酒类保健品的发展现状、类型及作用,希望可以给解酒类功能保健品的未来发展提供一些思考和借鉴。With the rapid development of society and economy,people’s daily life has been significantly improved,and a large number of drinking will occur at various meals and parties,and consequently,accidents caused by drinking will also increase.Many families bring harm and suffering,and bring great negative effects to the stability of society.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the functional health foods of hangovers,which can better reduce the harm of alcohol to the human body.This article mainly explores and understands the development status,types,and functions of alcohol health products,hoping to provide some thoughts and references for the future development of functional alcohol health products.
