海南常见野果资源综述及其开发利用前景

摘　　要：海南省野生水果资源丰富,大多数野果具有较高的营养价值、药理价值,具有极好的研究和开发利用前景,其中三亚市、琼中县、文昌市等野生水果最为丰富。但是海南省真正开发利用的野生水果很少,又由于人们缺乏对野生水果的认识,时常有儿童误食中毒。本文对海南省常见野果资源及其开发利用现状进行综述,然后分析了现阶段开发利用野生水果存在的问题,并对今后海南省野生水果开发利用前景进行了展望。Hainan Province is very abundant in wild fruit resources,most of which have high nutritional and pharmacological value,especially contain more bioactive components,and have broad development prospects and use value.Sanya,Qiongzhong,Wenchang and other region are the most abundant wild fruit.However,little wild fruits are exploited and utilized in Hainan Province.Due to the lack of people’s understanding of wild fruits,children often accidentally eat and get poisoned.In this paper,the common wild fruit resources in Hainan Province and the status quo of their development and utilization are summarized.Next,the existing problems in the development and utilization of wild fruit at present stage are explained.At the last,the development and utilization of wild fruit in Hainan Province in the future is prospected.
