摘 要:采用全自动固相萃取(SPE)技术,建立了LC/MS/MS法测定包装饮用水中30种有机磷农药残留的定性定量方法。本法采用C18固相萃取柱进行样品的净化富集,以磷酸三苯酯作为回收率指示物,优化仪器参数条件,在多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行有机磷残留化合物的定性定量。该方法的检出限:0.0261~6.4516 ng·L^-1;加标回收率范围:62.9%~114.5%;相对标准偏差范围:0.2%~9.9%。结果表明,该方法灵敏度高、具有良好的精密度和准确度;且因采用基质匹配法建立标准曲线能有效消除被测样品中其他物质的干扰,满足包装饮用水中痕量有机磷农药多残留同时检测的要求。相比传统GC、GC-MS、GC-MS/MS该方法具备更强的定性能力,更低的检测极限,更加适用于包装饮用水中痕量有机磷农药残留的分析检测。A method for the determination of 30 organophosphorus pesticide residues in packaged water by LC/MS/MS is established by auto solid phase extraction(SPE).The method uses C18 solid phase extraction column for sample purification and enrichment and uses triphenyl phosphate as a recovery indicator.After optimizing the instrument parameters,the method performs qualitative and quantitative determination in the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The method detection limits are 0.0261~6.4516 ng L-1;recovery of actual samples are 62.9%~114.5%and the relative standard deviations are 0.2%~9.9%.All of these results show that this method has high sensitivity,good stability and high accuracy.Moreover,it can effectively eliminate the interference of other substances in the samples.So it meets the requirements for the detection of organic phosphorus pesticide residues in packaged water.Compared with GC,GC-MS and GC-MS/MS method,it has better qualitative ability and detection limits,so it can meet the trace detection of organophosphorus pesticides in packaged water better.
