摘　　要：目的:探索具有不同比例左右旋体洛美沙星的门冬氨酸洛美沙星原料间抑菌性能和细胞毒性的差异。方法:采用试管二倍稀释法测定原料对大肠埃希菌最低杀菌浓度(MBC),采用浸提液法(MTT法)测定原料对小鼠成纤维细胞L929的细胞毒性反应。结果:左旋洛美沙星含量较大的MBC偏小,IC 50浓度偏大。结论:左旋洛美沙星抑菌性能强于右旋洛美沙星,细胞毒性小于右旋洛美沙星。Objective:To explore differences in antiseptic property and cytotoxicity between the lomefloxacinaspartatewith different proportions ofdextrolomefloxacin and levolomefloxacin.Methods:The minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of Escherichia coli was determined by tube double dilution method,and the cytotoxicity of the raw material on mouse fibroblast cell line L929was determined by the extract method(MTT method).Results:The MBC with more content of levolomefloxacin is smaller and the IC 50 islarger.Conclusion:The antibacterial activity of levolomefloxacin is stronger than dextrolomefloxacin,and its cytotoxicity is less than dextrolomefloxacin.
