摘　　要：基于羊毛缩绒工艺的理论研究及设计应用现状,以羊毛缩绒性对织物外观及性能的影响为切入点,在阐述羊毛缩绒原理的基础上,从织物整体缩绒效果、织物局部缩绒效果、缩绒织物再设计3个方面探讨羊毛缩绒性在针织物中的设计思路和应用。得出,将羊毛缩绒工艺与针织物结合,既能提升织物的服用性与运动机能性,又能丰富织物的功能性与外观形态。为羊毛缩性在纺织品中的开发应用提供了新的思路与方法。Based on the theoretical research and current situation of wool fabric design and application,the influence of wool felting on the appearance and performance of the fabric was studied in this paper.The design ideas and application of felting on knitted fabric was discussed from three aspects:complete felting,uncomplete felting and knitted felting redesign.The results show that by combining wool felting and knitted fabric,not only the wearability of the fabric can be improved,but also the function and appearance of the fabric can be enriched.
