摘 要:为解决烂花产品生产工艺复杂的问题,通过对涤/棉包芯纱前处理工艺、烂花工艺条件的研究,筛选出适合的糊料工艺。得出:涤/棉包芯纱织物前处理工艺为:NaOH质量浓度5 g/L,H 2O 2(30%)质量浓度4 g/L,H 2O 2稳定剂质量浓度0.7 g/L,渗透剂ST-10质量浓度2 g/L,精炼剂FK-03质量浓度2 g/L,处理温度95℃,处理时间45 min,浴比1∶30;涤/棉包芯纱织物烂花印花工艺为:木薯粉用量12%,糊料用量80%,80%硫酸用量1.0%,焙烘时间和温度分别为110℃和3 min;烂花结合其他印花或染色工艺可以生产出更具艺术化和个性化的印花产品。开发的活性染料着色烂花产品色牢度能达到GB/T 21295—2014《服装理化性能的技术要求》的要求。The polyester/cotton covering yarns burnt-out products were studied and developed in this article to solve the problem of complex production process.The optimum burnt-out printing paste and conditions were selected.The results show that the pre-treatment process of the fabric with polyester/cotton covering yarns is:NaOH 5 g/L,hydrogen peroxide(30%)4 g/L,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 0.7 g/L,penetrant ST-102 g/L,refining agent FK-032 g/L,treatment temperature 95℃,treatment time 45 min,liquor ratio 1∶30.The burnt-out printing process is:the amount of 12% tapioca paste is 80%,the 80% sulfuric acid content is 1.0%,curing temperature and time are 110℃ and 3 min.More artistic and personalized printing products can be produced if the burnt-out products combine with different printing or dyeing solutions.The color fastness of products which combine dyeing with reactive dyes and burnt-out printing together can meet the standards of GB/T 21295—2014.
