摘 要:为解决羊毛纤维染色过程耗水、耗能大,易毡缩,色差大等问题,采用超临界CO2技术,通过Box-Behnken中心组合实验和响应面法优化分析羊毛纤维的染色工艺条件,探讨活性分散染料用量、染色温度、染色时间、染色压力及其交互作用对羊毛纤维K/S值影响,得到二次多项式的回归方程,确定羊毛纤维超临界CO2染色的最佳工艺条件为:活性分散染料用量4%(owf)、染色温度120℃、染色时间120 min、染色压力22 MPa。该工艺条件下,羊毛纤维K/S值为19.8,耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度均达到4~5级。In order to solve the problems of high water and energy consumption,easy felting and large color difference for wool fibers in dyeing process,the dyeing condition of wool fibers was investigated in supercritical CO2 by Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface method.The effects of amount of reactive disperse dyes,dyeing temperature,dyeing time,dyeing pressure and their interaction on the K/S value of wool fibers were systematically studied using supercritical CO2 dyeing method,and the quadratic polynomial regression equation was obtained.An optimized dyeing process of wool fibers was recommended with amount of dyes of 4%(owf),a dyeing temperature of 120℃,a dyeing time of 120 min and a dyeing pressure of 22 MPa in supercritical CO2.Under these conditions,the K/S value of wool fibers reaches 19.8,the soap-washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of dyed wool fibers reaches 4-5 levels,respectively.
