摘  要:为了筛选新城疫、禽流感二联灭活疫苗生产所用的优质佐剂,选用3种白油和1种纳米铝胶佐剂同新城疫和禽流感病毒制成灭活疫苗,并分为A、B、C、D组,然后对各组疫苗进行无菌、物理性状、安全性及免疫效力检验。结果表明:由4种佐剂制备的疫苗的无菌性、物理性状及安全性均符合国家标准,但各组免疫效果不同,其中除了C组疫苗黏度较高且在第1周时吸收较慢外,其他组疫苗在安全性以及免疫效力方面均能达到理想效果,其中D组由纳米铝胶佐剂制备的疫苗免疫效果最佳,具有很好的应用价值。In order to screen the high quality adjuvants used in the production of Newcastle disease and avian influenza inactivated vaccines.In this experiment,three kinds of white oil and one kind of nanometer aluminum gel adjuvant were used to make inactivated vaccine with Newcastle disease and avian influenza virus,and were divided into groups A,B,C and D.Then the sterility,physical properties,safety and immune efficacy of the vaccines were tested.The results showed that the sterility,physical properties and safety of the vaccines prepared by four adjuvants were in accordance with the national standards,but the immune effects of each group were different.Except for group C,which had high viscosity and absorbed slowly in the first week,the other groups could achieve ideal results in terms of safety and immune efficacy.The vaccine prepared by nanometer aluminum gel adjuvant in group D had the best immune effect and had good application value.
