摘　　要：目的掌握江阴市游泳场所水质卫生状况,为保障泳者健康加强游泳场所管理提供依据。方法2016-2018年6~10月对游泳场所进行水质监测,对监测数据进行分析。结果共监测55家游泳场所421份水样,总体合格率为78.62%。3年合格率有所下降,且差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.142,P<0.05)。水温、pH值、浑浊度、大肠菌群、细菌总数、尿素、游离性余氯合格率分别为100.00%、99.05%、98.81%、96.44%、95.96%、83.85%、82.66%。其中浑浊度(χ^2=10.111,P<0.05)、大肠菌群(χ^2=10.717,P<0.05)、尿素(χ^2=10.544,P<0.05)、游离性余氯(χ^2=17.200,P<0.05)的合格率3年间差异有统计学意义。3种类型的游泳场所水样合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.454,P<0.05)。结论江阴市游泳场所水质有待提高,需进一步加强消毒管理和泳者的宣传教育。卫生行政部门需进一步加大监管力度,做好游泳池水质的监管工作。Objective To investigate the sanitary quality of swimming pool water in Jiangyin City,so as to provide basis for ensuring the health of swimmers and strengthening the management of swimming places.Methods From June to October during 2016-2018,water quality monitoring was carried out in swimming pools and the monitoring data were analyzed.Results A total of 421 water samples were monitored in 55 swimming places,and the overall qualification rate was 78.62%.In the past three years,there has been a steady decline of the qualified rate,with statistically significant difference(χ^2=8.142,P<0.05).The qualified rate of water temperature,pH value,turbidity,coliform group,total number of bacteria,urea and free residual chlorine were 100.00%,99.05%,98.81%,96.44%,95.96%,83.85%,82.66%,respectively.The qualified rates of three years were statistically significant in terms of turbidity(χ^2=10.111,P<0.05),coliform bacteria(χ^2=10.717,P<0.05),urea(χ^2=10.544,P<0.05)and free residual chlorine(χ^2=17.200,P<0.05).The qualified rate of water samples in 3 types of swimming places was statistically significant(χ^2=8.454,P<0.05).Conclusion The water quality of swimming places in Jiangyin City needs to be improved.Disinfection management and awareness education for swimmers need to be further strengthened.The health administrative departments should further strengthen the supervision and control of swimming pool water quality.
