广西伊蚊监测情况综述

摘　　要：由于特殊的地理区位和适宜的气候条件,广西一直是我国登革热防控工作的前沿哨点,从自治区成立之初即注重蚊媒监测工作。数十年的监测发现,白纹伊蚊已成为广西所能发现的唯一伊蚊蚊种,且在所有发现的蚊媒种类中位于第4顺位。广西伊蚊密度高且高峰持续时间长,人群登革病毒的抵抗力低,一旦有传染源输入则极易引起局部暴发流行。因此,迫切需要加强健康教育,提高公民的防蚊灭蚊意识,使其自觉自动持续地参与防蚊灭蚊工作,降低蚊媒密度,才是避免登革热传播流行的最有效方法。Due to special geographical location and suitable climate conditions,Guangxi has always been the forefront of the prevention and control of dengue fever in China.Aedes surveillance has always been paid attention to since the establishment of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Decades of surveillance have found that Aedes albopictus has become the only Aedes mosquito species that can be found in Guangxi and is ranked the fourth among all found mosquito species.The density of Aedes in Guangxi is high and the epidemic peak duration is long,and the resistance of dengue virus is low.Once there is a source of infection,it is easy to cause local outbreaks.Therefore,there is an urgent need to strengthen health education,raise citizens'awareness of mosquito prevention and control,make them voluntarily and continuously participate in mosquito prevention and control work,and reduce mosquito density,which is the most effective way to avoid the spread of dengue fever.
