摘　　要：目的了解某院连续3年医院感染发展趋势,为有效预防与控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法采用床旁调查与病例调查相结合的横断面调查方法,调查某院2015-2017年某日所有住院病人现患率、医院感染发生率、抗菌药物使用率。结果某院2015-2017年医院感染现患率2.33%,各年现患率分别为2.65%、2.34%、2.03%。医院感染现患率分布居前3位的科室:呼吸科(5.38%)、心胸外科(4.29%)、综合内科(4.27%);医院感染部位主要以下呼吸道感染为主。各年抗菌药物使用率分别为22.02%、24.46%、17.85%,抗菌药物使用率最高的科室:呼吸科(54.84%)。结论某院连续3年医院感染现患率有下降趋势,临床抗菌药物使用及管理情况明显好转。Objective To get an insight into the development trend of nosocomial infection in a hospital for 3 consecutive years and to provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of nosocomial infection.Methods A cross-sectional survey method combining bedside survey and case survey was adopted to investigate the prevalence rate,the incidence of nosocomial infections,and utilization rate of antibiotics of all inpatients in a certain hospital on a certain day from 2015 to 2017.Results The current prevalence of nosocomial infection in a hospital from 2015 to 2017 was 2.33%,and the prevalence rates in each year were 2.65%,2.34%and 2.03%,respectively.The top three departments with the highest prevalence of nosocomial infections:respiratory department(5.38%),cardiothoracic surgery(4.29%),and general internal medicine(4.27%),mainly respiratory infections in nosocomial infections.For three consecutive years,the annual utilization rate of antibiotics was 22.02%,24.46%,17.85%,respectively,and the department with the highest utilization rate of antibiotics was respiratory department(54.84%).Conclusion The prevalence of nosocomial infections in the hospital has been decreasing for three consecutive years,and the use and management of clinical antibiotics have improved significantly.
