2016-2018年广西来宾市兴宾区艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析来宾市兴宾区艾滋病自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)门诊求询人群特征及HIV感染状况,为针对性地制定艾滋病防控策略提供科学依据。方法收集2016-2018年来宾市兴宾区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊求询者的相关资料及实验室检测结果进行统计分析。结果2016-2018年共1235人次接受自愿咨询检测,求询者以20~49岁组(63.97%)、已婚有配偶(74.25%)和初中及以下文化程度(82.02%)为主,男女性别比为0.89∶1,主要求询原因为非婚异性性行为史(48.83%)。HIV抗体总阳性率为18.22%,男性HIV抗体阳性率明显高于女性。HIV阳性人群中,非婚异性性行为者、配偶/固定性伴阳性者、注射吸毒者、男男性行为者、其他人群者构成比分别为73.78%(166/225)、23.11%(52/225)、1.78%(4/225)、0.89%(2/225)、0.44%(1/225)。结论2016-2018年来宾市兴宾区VCT门诊求询者HIV抗体阳性率较高,应重点加强对老年人群、文化程度较低人群的宣传干预及检测。Objective To analyze the characteristics of the population and HIV infection status of the outpatient in the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing(VCT)in clinic in Xingbin District of Laibin City,and to provide a scientific basis for the targeted development of AIDS prevention and control strategies.Methods The relevant data and laboratory test results of the VCT outpatients in Xingbin District Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Laibin City from 2016 to 2018 were collected for statistical analysis.Results From 2016 to 2018,a total of 1235 people received the voluntary counseling and testing.The majority of the applicants were 20 to 49 years old(63.97%),married with a spouse(74.25%)and received junior high school and below education(82.02%).The male-female sex ratio was 0.89∶1,and the main reason for the inquiry was the history of non-marital heterosexual behavior(48.83%).The total positive rate of HIV antibody was 18.22%,and the positive rate of HIV antibody in males was significantly higher than that in females.Among the HIV-positive populations,the proportion of non-marital heterosexuals,spouses/fixed sex partners,injecting drug users,men who had sex with men,and other groups were 73.78%(166/225),23.11%(52/225),1.78%(4/225),0.89%(2/225),and 0.44%(1/225),respectively.Conclusion From 2016 to 2018,the HIV antibody positive rate of VCT outpatients in Xingbin District of Laibin City was relatively high.It is necessary to focus on the promotion,intervention and detection of the elderly and the less educated.
