省域公共文化服务设施网络规划策略——以江苏为例

摘　　要：基于国家2020年公共文化服务体系发展目标,以江苏为例,选取统计年鉴2013-2017年文化财政支出等数据为基本指标,对比苏南、苏中、苏北3大区域公共文化服务设施发展概况与配置特征,基于分析结果提出“三网”规划策略(多层次的服务设施配置网络、多元化的服务设施运营网络、动态化的服务资源共享网络),为江苏及其他省域构建公共文化服务设施网络提供参考。According to the 2020 goal of national public cultural services system construction,taking Jiangsu as an example,this paper selects the data of Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook(2013-2017)as the basic indicators and compares the general situation an configuration characteristics of public cultural services facilities in the south part,the mid-part and the north part of Jiangsu province.Based on the result of analysis,this paper puts forward‘the Three Networks Planning Strategy’(multi-level services facilities configuration network,diversified services operation network,dynamic services resources sharing network),providing reference for Jiangsu and other provinces to construct public cultural services facilities network.
