摘　　要：大数据背景下,用户画像技术作为精准推荐、定点宣传以及提供决策参考的重要手段,逐渐在档案知识服务方面得到应用,但也引发档案用户数据在授权采集、保管利用等层面的隐私侵犯问题。基于此,可从主体治理、授权管理、技术嵌入和隐私立法四条“路径”来解决,最终提升用户画像技术在档案用户隐私保护规范中的效果。In the context of big data,as an important means of accurate recommendation,targeted publicity and providing decision-making reference,user portrait technology has gradually been applied to archive knowledge services.However,it has also caused privacy violations of archive user data in terms of authorized collection,storage and utilization.Based on this,it can be solved from four“paths”:emphasizing users’status,enhancing authorization management,strengthening technical protection and initiating privacy legislation,ultimately improve the effectiveness of user portrait technology in the privacy protection specification of archives users.
