摘　　要：宋代为了有效防治文书档案违法,对此类违法行为既进行严厉的刑事处罚,又广泛地进行行政处罚。从宋代史料来看,文书档案违法的行政处罚主要有除名、勒停、降名次、展磨勘、罚俸罚直等。此类处罚多围绕着官员的官、职、差遣展开,体现了以官职惩处为主,以经济责罚为辅的特点。In order to effectively prevent and control all kinds of illegality of the administrative archives,Song Dynasty brought all illegalities into the system of punishment and the system of administrative penalty.From the historical material of Song Dynasty,the system of administrative penalty mainly included the expulsion,suspension,the decline of the ranking,the increase checking,the amerce.All the administrative penalties revolved around the officials’officer,position,chaiqian,and appeared the characteristic of giving priority to penalty on official title,and subsidiarity penalty on economic.
