黄河古贤水利枢纽工程对陕西省经济社会发展的影响

摘　　要：古贤水利枢纽工程位于黄河晋陕大峡谷中段,工程建设任务以防洪减淤为主,兼顾供水、灌溉和发电等综合利用,工程建设对减轻黄河干流下游淤积、改善秦、晋两省供水区水资源利用条件、缓解三门峡库区及渭河下游防洪形势具有显著作用。结合现状分析工程建设完成后对陕西省经济发展的影响,分析得出:古贤水利枢纽和陕西配套供水工程建成后,可彻底解决陕西省渭北旱腰带地区农业灌溉和城镇、工业缺水问题,为区域优质水果生产基地和农业现代化建设提供水源保障;可实现区域水资源科学合理开发,修复和改善区域水生态环境,构建和丰富关中东部供水网络,提高区域水资源配置效率和供水保证率。Guxian Water Conservancy Project is located in the middle section of the Jin-Shan Grand Canyon of the Yellow River. The main task of the project is to prevent floods and reduce siltation. It also takes into account the comprehensive utilization of water supply, irrigation and power generation. Water resource utilization conditions and the relief of the flood prevention situation in the Sanmenxia Reservoir area and the lower reaches of the Weihe River have a significant effect. Based on the current situation, the impact of the project construction on the economic development of Shaanxi Province will be analyzed. The analysis shows that the completion of the Guxian Water Conservancy Project and the supporting water supply project in Shaanxi can completely solve the problems of agricultural irrigation and urban and industrial water shortage in the Weibei dry belt region of Shaanxi Province, and provide water supply guarantee for the regional high-quality fruit production base and agricultural modernization;It can realize the scientific and reasonable development of regional water resources, repair and improve the regional water ecological environment, build and enrich the water supply network in the eastern part of Guanzhong, and improve the efficiency of regional water resources allocation and water supply guarantee rate.
