摘  要:对比研究了高温碳化WC粉末和普通碳化WC粉末对低压烧结制备的亚微晶硬质合金结构与性能的影响。使用扫描电镜和激光粒度仪等检测方法对其碳化钨表征,使用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对合金显微组织分析。研究了球磨时间对亚微晶硬质合金显微组织与物理性能的影响。试验结果表明:用高温碳化WC粉作原料比用普通碳化WC粉作原料生产的亚微晶硬质合金刀具有更好的显微组织结构,两种合金矫顽磁力随湿磨时间的延长而增加,直到60~72 h呈现峰值,进一步延长湿磨工艺时间,则合金矫顽磁力继续下降,当球磨时间60 h时制备合金的显微组织、性能和生产效率最佳,是生产亚微晶硬质合金最合适的球磨时间。The effects of high temperature WC carbide powder and ordinary WC carbide powder on the structure and performance of submicron carbide prepared by low pressure sintering were investigated in a comparative manner.The tungsten carbide was characterized using detection methods such as scanning electron microscopy and laser particle sizer,and the alloy microstructure was analyzed using metallographic microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The effect of ball grinding time on the microstructure and physical properties of submicron carbide was studied.The test results show that the microcrystalline carbide knives produced with high temperature WC carbide powder as raw material have better microstructure than the ordinary WC carbide powder,and the coercive magnetism of both alloys increases with the extension of wet grinding time,until the peak of 60~72 h.If the wet grinding process time is further extended,the coercive magnetism of the alloy will continue to decline.
