摘  要:输电线路对埋地钢质管道产生强烈的交流干扰腐蚀。随着我国管道和电力行业发展,二者矛盾日益突出。应从设计和运行角度规范管道和输电线路的职责和协调做法。为此,研究了加拿大国家标准关于管道与输电线路的安全距离的推荐做法,包括细化和明确管道公司和电力公司的职责,以交流干扰电压15V判断管道交流腐蚀,管道和输电线路安全距离应用建议,减少管道上的电磁耦合作用和避免输电线路故障的措施,以及安全距离不足时的管道本体、防腐层和管沟防护措施。最后,为从根本上避免或者消除管道交流干扰腐蚀的风险,提出了国内标准改进建议。Power lines produce strong AC interference corrosion on buried steel pipelines.With the development of China pipeline and power industry,the contradiction between them has become increasingly prominent.The responsibility and coordination of pipelines and power lines should be standardized from the point of view of design and operation.To this end,the recommended practices of Canadian national standards on safe distance between pipelines and power lines are studied,including detailed and clear responsibilities of pipeline companies and power companies,judging AC corrosion of pipelines with AC interference voltage of 15V,application suggestions of safe distance between pipelines and transmission lines,and measures for reducing electromagnetic coupling effect on pipelines and avoiding power line failure,as well as pipeline body,anti-corrosion coating and ditch protection measures when the safety distance is insufficient.Finally,in order to fundamentally avoid or eliminate the risk of pipeline AC interference corrosion,suggestions for improvement of domestic standards are put forward.
