摘　　要：保险盒是汽车上重要的零部件,在汽车电子控制元件中起着关键作用。在客户返修车上发现某型号保险盒失效导致仪表黑屏现象,本文通过导电性测试、微观形貌和元素成分检测等方法对该型号保险盒的失效原因进行了分析,查找了产生问题的原因,为汽车零部件的相关失效分析提供了参考案例。Fuse box is an important part of vehicle,which plays a key role in automotive electronic control components.It is found that display screen failure caused by the failure of fuse box on the customer's repairing car.In this paper,we investigated the failure reasons of the type fuse box by conductivity test,microscope and scanning electron microscope,in order to find the cause of the problem and provide an example to analysis relevant failure problem.
