摘  要:该文以螺旋槽干气密封为研究对象,借助Gambit软件进行网格划分及实现网格数量的渐次变化,进而分析网格尺寸规格和薄膜层数层在仿真计算中对模拟结果的影响。结果表明:在通过调整规格和层驱动网格数变化过程中,当层达到6后,泄漏量相对变化率β<5%,开启力的相对变化率η<0. 2%,开启力和泄漏量均趋于稳定;在层=6,规格=0. 05~1 mm时,开启力随规格增加变化较小,泄漏量均未超出标准允许范围;综合考虑计算的准确性和效率,层数取6,规格取0. 3~0. 6 mm为宜。This paper takes spiral groove dry gas seal as the research object. Gambit software is applied to generate mesh and realize gradual change of mesh number,and then the influence of mesh size and film layer on simulation results is analyzed. The results show that in the process of driving mesh number to change by adjusting the size and layer,when the layer number reaches 6,the relative change rate of leakage in the whole process is less than 5%,the change rate of opening force is less than 0. 2%,and the opening force and leakage tend to be stable;when the layer number is 6 and the size is 0. 05 ~ 1 mm,the opening force varies little with the increase of size,and the leakage meets the standard;considering the correctness and efficient of calculation,layer number of 6 and the size of 0. 3 ~ 0. 6 mm is appropriate.
