摘 要:直流输电换流阀冷却水系统在线化学仪表受"纯水""在线"干扰因素产生工作测量误差,阐述在线式化学仪表检验方法较离线式化学仪表检验方法所具有的优点,并进一步归纳了在线式化学仪表检验条件、具体检验项目、各误差量值化要求等。以某±800 kV高压直流输电换流站为例,分别对其换流阀冷却水系统在线pH表、电导率表、溶解氧表影响准确性的误差来源进行理论剖析,并对在线化学仪表进行在线式检验,依据检验结论,提出了相应的优化性建议与维护方法。In the DC transmission converter cooling water system,the measurement error is generated by the online chemical because of the interference factor of "pure water" and "online". In this paper,the online method is first introduced with its advantages over the offline inspection methods.Secondly,the requirements for online instrument such as inspection conditions,specific inspection items and standards for various inspection errors are summarized in detail.Finally,taking a ±800 kV HVDC converter station as an example,the reading error source of the on line pH meter,conductivity meter and dissolved oxygen meter are analyzed.The online chemical instrument is tested online accordingly.The test results can be concluded and optimization suggestions and maintenance methods are proposed based upon.
