摘 要:为实现隔舱式脉冲发动机的多脉冲开启功能,设计了十字型、V字星型、米字型、圆弧星型、矩形星型和星圆复合型金属膜片式隔舱结构。根据平板脆性断裂模型的表面裂纹参数的计算公式,分析得到了金属膜片裂纹深度b与临界应力σc的关系及临界应力σc、临界尺寸ac与临界应力强度因子KIC的关系;通过三维有限元数值仿真的瞬态动力学分析,发现了六种金属膜片应力均集中在膜片中心及沟槽部位,膜片将首先从这些部位裂开;探索了一种预估金属膜片打开压强的方法,即通过模拟不同峰值压强下膜片的最大主应力,得到最大主应力-峰值压强曲线,则该曲线与临界断裂应力直线的交点对应的压强值,就是金属膜片的打开压强。由此得到了六种结构类型金属膜片的Ⅱ脉冲打开压强预估值,用该方法预估的膜片打开压强1.25 MPa与实际发动机打开压强1.4 MPa相近,表明该预测方法是可行的。In order to achieve the pulse start of solid rocket motor,six metal diaphragms(cross?groove shape,6?V?groove star shape,8?V?groove star shape,6?arc?groove star shape,6?rectangle?groove star shape,6?V?groove and circle star shape)pulse sep?aration device were designed.According to the formula of surface crack from brittle cracking model for flat?panel,the relationship between crack depth b and critical breaking stressσc,the relationship between critical breaking stressσc,critical size ac and criti?cal stress strength factor KIC of metal diaphragm were obtained.By using transient structure method of three?dimension finite element software simulation,stress concentration was in the center and at the bottom of groove of the six metal diaphragms,where the crack?ing will take place at these parts of the metal diaphragm.A new method to predict the open?up pressure of metal diaphragms was found.By means of the simulation of principal stress at different peak pressure,the curve of principal stress to peak pressure was obtained,and the value at the intersection point of the curve and straight line of critical breaking stress is the open?up pressure of metal diaphragms.Thus the value of open?up pressure of the six metal diaphragms was predicted.The prediction value of open?up pressure 1.25 MPa of a 8?V?groove star shape Al alloy diaphragm is similar to the result 1.4 MPa tested by pulse solid rocket motor,which show that the method of prediction is feasible.
