摘　　要：绿色建筑供应链协调运行的有效性依赖于科学的绩效评价,从利益协同、目标协调、信息协调、环境协调4个角度,分析主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调运行绩效评价内容,基于综合性、实际性和适用性原则,构建主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调运行绩效的3个层次评价指标体系,分析模糊综合评价方法原理与主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调运行绩效的适应性,架构主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调运行绩效量化评价模型,阐明AHP绩效评价指标权重确定过程,阐述主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调运行绩效量化评价实施步骤,提供主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调运行绩效评价依据与参考。The effectiveness of coordinated operation of green building supply chain depends on scientific performance evaluation. Based on the principles of comprehensiveness, practicality and applicability, this paper analyzed the performance evaluation of the coordinated operation of green building supply chain driven by leading enterprises from four aspects of benefit coordination, goal coordination, information coordination and environment coordination. It constructed three-level evaluation index system of green building supply chain coordinated operation performance driven by leading enterprise, and analyzed the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the adaptability of coordinated operation performance driven by leading enterprise. This paper constructed a quantitative evaluation model of Coordinated Operation Performance of green building supply chain driven by leading enterprises, and expounded the process of determining the weight of the index of AHP performance evaluation. This paper also expounded the implementing steps of performance evaluation of coordination operation of green building supply chain driven by leading enterprises, and provided the basis and reference for performance evaluation of coordination operation of green building supply chain driven by leading enterprises.
