摘　　要：熊胆粉是我国传统名贵中药,具有不可替代的特有药用价值,然而人工养熊及活熊取胆备受争议,制约了熊胆粉的产业化发展。本文综述了黑熊养殖技术、熊胆汁引流技术、熊胆粉加工技术、熊胆粉质量控制技术,以及长期胆汁引流黑熊健康评价等影响熊胆粉产业化发展的关键技术,认为当前人工养熊技术科学规范,研究评价尚未发现无管无痛自体造瘘胆汁引流技术影响黑熊的健康状态,熊胆粉加工技术先进,熊胆粉质量控制方法规范有效,熊胆粉已进入规范化、标准化、可持续的产业化发展之路。Bear bile powder is a traditional Chinese medicine,which has irreplaceable unique medicinal values.However,due to the controversy of bear farming and bile extraction,the industrialization of bear bile powder is restricted.This study reviews the development of the key technologies that affect the industrialization of bear bile powder,such as the farming technology of black bear,the drainage technology of bear bile,the evaluation of the influence of farming bear and bile drainage on bear health,the processing technology and the quality control technology of bear bile powder.As a result,the technology of bear farming is scientific and standard,the tubeless and painless autogenous fistula bile drainage technology does not affect the health of black bear,the processing technology of bear bile powder is stable and controllable,the quality of bear bile powder has been effectively evaluated.Conclusively,the production of bear bile powder has entered the road of normalized,standardized and sustainable industrialization.
