摘  要:【目的】探究宁夏枸杞施氮量与甜菜碱含量及其代谢关键酶之间的关系,明确适宜甜菜碱含量条件下科学施氮量.【方法】选择5年龄宁夏枸杞,运用随机区组设计,设N0(0 kg/666.7 m^2)、N1(20 kg/666.7 m^2)、N2(30 kg/666.7 m^2)、N3(40 kg/666.7 m^2)、N4(50 kg/666.7 m^2)5个不同施氮量水平,在枸杞生长期间测定其冠幅、枝条数和产量、甜菜碱含量及其代谢关键酶含量变化.【结果】不同施氮量下枸杞甜菜碱含量、相关酶、净光合速率以及产量均存在差异,随着施氮量的增加甜菜碱含量、相关酶、净光合速率及产量都呈现上升趋势,在30 kg/666.7 m^2施氮量水平下枸杞果实中各指标达到最大值,其中甜菜碱含量达2.90 mg/kg,甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性达3.71 ng/100μg,单加氧酶活性达4.36 ng/100μg,再增加氮肥施用量反而会使各指标下降.【结论】适于枸杞甜菜碱及相关酶累积的最佳氮肥施用量为30 kg/666.7 m^2.【Objective】To explore the scientific nitrogen fertilizer application amount based on the study on the relationship between the nitrogen application amount and the betaine content and key metabolic enzyme of Lycium barbarum in Ningxia.【Method】The randomized block design with 5 nitrogen application levels(N0,0 kg/666.7 m^2;N1,20 kg/666.7 m^2;N2,30 kg/666.7 m^2;N3,40 kg/666.7 m^2;N4,50 kg/666.7 m^2)was used to study the betaine content and metabolic enzyme content of Lycium barbarum in growth season.【Result】The contents of betaine and related enzymes,and the net photosynthetic rate and yields were different under different nitrogen application rates.With the increase of nitrogen application rate,the betaine content,related enzymes,net photosynthetic rate and yield showed an increasing trend.Under N2 treatment,all indexes related to fruit reached the maximum value.The betaine content was 2.90 mg/kg,the content of betaine aldehyde dehydrogenase was 3.71 ng/100 uμg,and the monooxygenase content was 4.36 ng/100μg.【Conclusion】The optimum amount of nitrogen application for betaine and key metabolic enzyme accumulation was 30 kg/666.7 m^2.
