摘　　要：目的探讨危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎救治过程中的ICU管理。方法从临床一线实际情况出发,探讨危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎ICU医护管理存在的问题,通过病区合理管理、患者精准护理与诊治、医护人员健康维护等措施,分析危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者治疗和医护感染情况。结果收治54例危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者,治愈14例,治愈率为25.93%;死亡32例,死亡率为59.26%;ICU医护人员零感染。结论建立科学合理的ICU医护管理措施,可为危重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者提供及时且有效的诊治,同时确保一线医护人员健康。Objective To explore ICU healthcare administration during the treatment of critically ill patients infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods The problems existing in ICU healthcare administration were analyzed based on the clinical practice,and then ward reasonable management,patient precision nursing and diagnosis and treatment,and health management for medical staff were carried out,to evaluate their effects on treatment and nursing for critical patients with COVID-19 and nosocomial infection.Results Of the 54 fatal cases with COVID-19 infection treated in ICU,14 cases were cured,with a curative ratio of 25.93%,while 32 cases died,with a death rate of 59.26%.No nosocomial infection in all healthcare workers happened in ICU.Conclusion The establishment of scientific and reasonable ICU healthcare administration is the key to ensuring the timely and effective treatment for critically ill patients infected with COVID-19 and ensuring healthcare workers'health.
